We fabricate these building systems on the following parameters:

Building Length

Building length: Distance between the outside flanges of end wall columns in opposite end walls

End bay length: Distance from outside of the outer flange of end wall columns of center line of the first interior frame columns

Interior bay length: Distance between the center lines of two adjacent interior main frame columns

Ideally, bay length ranges from 6m to 7.5 m (up-to 15 m is also possible)

Building Height

Distance from the bottom of the main frame column base plate to the top outer point of the eave strut

It becomes the distance between finished floor level and top of eave strut in case of recessed or elevated columns from finished floor

Height: Up to 30 m

Roof Slope (x/10) is the angle of the roof with respect to the horizontal

Commonly demanded roof slopes are 1/10 and 120

Roof Live Loads: 0.75 kN/m2 Design for snow loads, seismic loads, collateral loads, or any other local climatic condition
